Harrsion Augur
Mr. Augur is a founding and general partner of CA Partners, an asset management firm, and a general partner of Patience Partners, a private investment partnership. Mr. Augur practiced corporate law in New York with Shearman & Sterling, and then worked for a private French bank until founding CA Partners in 1987. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Yale Art Gallery, Director of the Eleanor and Henry Hitchcock Charitable Foundation and on the board of directors of several public and private corporations. Mr. Augur received a BA from Yale University, LLB from Columbia Law School, and LLM from New York University School of Law.

William Bridgen
Mr. Bridgen is President of Magna Entertainment Corp’s (NASDAQ: MECA) sports television network. Prior to joining Magna Entertainment, Mr. Bridgen was Vice President of Affiliate Relations with Fox Sports Net/Fox Cable Networks. During his tenure at Fox, he managed affiliate legal affairs for Fox Sports Net’s owned and operated regional sports networks, had primary sales responsibility for several of Fox Cable’s top-ten national cable and satellite accounts, and oversaw Retransmission Consent negotiations on behalf of Fox Cable. Prior to joining Fox, Mr. Bridgen was a Partner at Keesal, Young & Logan, a Los Angeles area securities law firm.

Bradford Brown
Mr. Brown is a senior partner of McKinsey & Company. He is also Location Manager in the Northeast U.S. for McKinsey’s Business Technology Office (BTO) and the leader of McKinsey’s IT practice in the insurance sector. In his client work over the past sixteen years, he has worked with Fortune 100 financial institutions, covering insurance, investment banking, retail banking, and asset management. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Brown spent eleven years at Arthur D. Little, Inc., where he became Managing Director of the firm’s North American information technology practice. Mr. Brown received his BA cum laude from Dartmouth College, an MSEE in Computer Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School.

Craig Burr
Mr. Burr is a founder of Burr, Egan, Deleage & Co., a private investment firm with over $400 million under management. Mr. Burr's career has been devoted almost exclusively to venture capital activities, and he has backed numerous leading growth companies in a variety of different industries. Previously, Mr. Burr was a Partner at TA Associates. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Venture Capital Association. He serves on the Boards of Directors of several private companies. Mr. Burr received his BA, cum laude, from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Carver
Mr Carver was CEO of HiFive Networks, Executive VP and GM of Network Associates, Chief Operating Officer of Network General, and served for 19 years in various executive positions in the Hewlett-Packard Company. He spent 1 ˝ years as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Institutional Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital firm. Mr. Carver has an MBA from Stanford and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas.

Owen Colligan
Mr. Colligan is a Principal of RockWood Equity Partners, a private equity firm he co-founded. Prior to forming RockWood, Mr. Colligan worked in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Kelley Drye & Warren as a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Colligan also worked as an investment banker at Schroder & Co. in New York. Mr. Colligan received a BS in finance from the University of Buffalo, a JD from New York University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Frankel
Mr. Frankel co-founded The Internet Solution, which was subsequently purchased by Dimension Data Holdings (London Stock Exchange: DDT), one of the world's largest IT services companies. David was appointed to the Dimension Data Board of Directors in 1998. In 1999, he was awarded the Financial Mail's “South African Technology Achiever of the Century” award. Mr. Frankel is a member of the World Economic Forum and was selected as 1 of 100 “Global Leaders for Tomorrow”. Mr. Frankel holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and an MBA from Harvard Business School as a Fulbright Scholar.

Paul Furlow
Mr. Furlow is Co-President of Dixon Midland Company, a private equity firm he co-founded. Mr. Furlow’s prior work experience includes serving as Co-President of Tech Lighting, a manufacturer of architectural lighting systems, working at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant, and working at Wasserstein Perella & Co. as an investment banker. Mr. Furlow has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.

Robert Goodman
Mr. Goodman is currently employed by Rogers Cable, Canada’s largest cable television provider with 2.2 million customers. Previously, Mr. Goodman was Director of Business Development for Headline Media Group, a publicly listed Canadian media company. Previously Mr. Goodman served as Managing Director of Interlynx, a regional ISP which was acquired by Primus Telecommunications, a national telecommunications company. Mr. Goodman received his BA from McGill University and his MSc from London School of Economics.

Brett Keith
Mr. Keith is a Principal of RockWood Equity Partners, a private equity firm he co-founded. Earlier in his career, Mr. Keith worked as an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Lehman Brothers’ New York office, and as the Controller of Jacobson Machine Works, a turnaround company owned by the private equity firm of Goldner, Hawn, Johnson & Morrison. Mr. Keith began his career as a financial consultant and Certified Public Accountant at Grant Thornton LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Keith received a BA, with dual degrees in finance and accounting, from the University of St. Thomas, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Richard Kelley
Mr. Kelley has spent the past 15 years as an operator, owner, and investor in numerous small businesses and start-up companies. His varied experience includes: CFO of Score Learning Centers, CEO of San Jose Giants, General Partner of two hotels, developer of houses and subdivisions, owner of office buildings, and investor in successful tech start-ups (Coinstar, PLX Technology, Corcept Therapeutics). He has also invested in many limited partnerships, including venture and private equity funds. Mr. Kelley has an MBA and BA from Stanford University.

Aaron Martin
Mr. Martin serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations at Informance International, a service provider to global manufacturers. Mr. Martin has extensive experience in manufacturing services at both the plant and corporate level through his work as a consultant with Thomas Group and McKinsey & Company. Previously, Mr. Martin co-founded Equidity, Inc. a financial services enterprise software company funded by such investors as New Enterprise Associates, FBR, Safeguard, and others. The company was sold to Sanchez Associates (NASDAQ: SCAI) in 2001. Mr. Martin holds and MBA from Wharton Business School in Finance.

Aaron Mobarak
Mr. Mobarak is Co-President of Dixon Midland Company, a private equity firm he co-founded. Mr. Mobarak’s prior work experience includes serving as Co-President of Tech Lighting, a manufacturer of architectural lighting systems, working at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant, and working at Arthur Anderson & Co. in their restructuring group. Mr. Mobarak has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.

Andrew Nichols
Mr. Nichols is a former partner and chair of Choate, Hall  & Stewart's Business Department. Throughout his forty year career, Mr. Nichols represented privately-owned and publicly-held companies in general corporate and other matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. He also has significant experience representing venture capital and leveraged buy-out funds in connection with both fund structural matters and fund investments. Mr. Nichols is former chair of the Corporate Law Committee of the Boston Bar Association. He has written and lectured on a variety of corporate law issues, is listed as a corporate lawyer in The Best Lawyers in the United States and has served on the boards of directors of a number of both private and public companies. He received his LLB from Harvard Law School, and his AB from Dartmouth College (summa cum laude).

Michael O'Connell
Mr. O'Connell is currently the Managing Director at M2O Investments - a family investment fund. He was formerly the Managing Director and President of Anhalt, O'Connell & Steffanci, Inc., an investment management firm specializing in debt securities with $1 billion under management. Previously, Mr. O'Connell owned and operated the National Lines Bureau, a ship mooring company for the Los Angeles and Long Beach Harbors. Mr. O'Connell is currently an investor in over 20 private companies. He received his BA, with high honors, from Harvard College, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Daniel Resendiz-Carrillo
Mr. Resendiz is the Founder and Managing Partner of Axan, a Strategy Consulting and Investment Banking firm in Mexico City. Prior to founding Axan, Mr. Resendiz was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company where he served Fortune 500 corporations, mostly in the financial services and retail industries, for more than 12 years and across geographies, including Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia. Mr. Resendiz received his PhD in Public Policy from Carnegie-Mellon University.

David Rodriguez-Fraile
Mr. Rodriguez-Fraile is a private equity professional with Goldman Sachs, New York. Previously Mr. Rodriguez-Fraile was a private equity professional with Apax Partners. Previously, Mr. Rodriguez-Fraile was a professional athlete and served as captain of the Real Madrid and Spanish National junior teams. Mr. Rodriguez-Fraile received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Christopher Sattler
Mr. Sattler is an investment banking professional with UBS. Previously, Mr. Sattler was an investment banking professional with Nesbitt Burns, the investment banking arm of Bank of Montreal. Mr. Sattler attended the MBA program at London Business School and received his BSc in Engineering from Queen’s University.

James Southern III
Mr. Southern is the CEO and President of Continental Fire & Safety Services, a privately held company serving the fire suppression industry. Previously, Mr. Southern was the Chairman and CEO of Uniform Printing, a highly successful niche printing business, which he purchased in 1984 in a leveraged buyout. Mr. Southern currently serves on the boards of Direct Mail, USA, Amersham, Inc., as well as two non-profit organizations. Mr. Southern received his BA from Southwestern University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Martin Stapleton
Mr. Stapleton is an investment professional with Ziff Brothers Investments, the primary investment vehicle of the Ziff family and related entities. Previously Mr. Stapleton was an investment professional with Atticus Capital, a hedge fund with over $3 billion in assets under management. Previously Mr. Stapleton was an investment professional with Goldman Sachs. Previously, Mr. Stapleton was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. Mr. Stapleton received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Howard Stevenson
Prof. Stevenson is the Senior Associate Provost for Harvard University. He is also the Sarofim-Rock Professor of Business Administration and Senior Associate Dean, Director of External Relations at Harvard Business School. He has authored, co-authored, or edited six books, forty-one articles, and over one-hundred-fifty Harvard Business School case studies. Prof. Stevenson was a founder and the first president of the Baupost Group, Inc., an investment management firm that manages partnerships investing in liquid securities for wealthy families, which he grew to over $400 million in assets. Prof. Stevenson is an investor and board member in numerous private and public companies. He received his BS in mathematics, with distinction, from Stanford University and his MBA, with high distinction, and DBA degrees from Harvard Business School.
